A prisoner of Saratov IK-33, convicted in a rape case, committed []. This was reported by Svobodnye Novosti with reference to the chairman of the regional Public Monitoring Commission, Vladimir Neznamov.
According to him, the body of a 19-year-old young man with traces of [Roskomnadzor] was discovered on the evening of June 25. In his diary, the prisoner, sentenced to five years in prison, wrote that his mother stopped communicating with him, Neznamov added.
