The court arrested a suspect in poisoning and robbery of Muscovites

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow arrested Murat Sabanov, suspected of poisoning by townspeople with various drinks and their subsequent robberies, the mediazone correspondent from the courtroom reports .

Sabanov is charged with thefts (Article 158 of the Criminal Code), robbery (article 161 of the Criminal Code) and robbery (Article 162 of the Criminal Code). During the meeting to choose a preventive measure, the suspect partially pleaded guilty of embezzlement.

The Moscow Administration of the Investigative Committee reported that investigators will check information about the possible sexual violence against two minors.

Earlier, on June 24, The Village said that over the past month at least 24 people were poisoned after they tried drinks offered by an unknown man. Some of the victims fell into a coma.

According to the publication, the unknown poisoned people in the places popular among youth: in squares near pure ponds, in the Park "Gorka", in "Yama" on Khokhlovskaya Square or in the glass of Zinziver. When the victims lost consciousness, the man robbed them and beat them.

The Village also wrote that once the man was detained, but then released on a recognizance not to leave, after which the poisoning continued.

The day after the publication, the police again detained the suspect of poisoning and retrained his case for a more difficult article “robbery” (Article 162 of the Criminal Code). According to the investigation, at least 11 people suffered from his actions.
