The Domodedovo District Court of the Moscow Region sentenced to six years of maximum security colony Viktor Lukyan, accused of the murder of a friend of Dmitry Serbinov (part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code), the lawyer of the “Committee against torture” Peter Khromov told Mediazone.
That is how much a state accusation requested him. According to Khromov, Judge Alexander Skripst in the verdict criticized the testimony of witnesses who spoke of Alibi Lukyan.
According to the prosecution, in May 2018, a citizen of Moldova Lukyan stabbed Serbinov, and then took the corpse on a wheelbarrow to the pond and drowned. Lukyan rented part of the house in Barybino, where the former lover of Serbinova Marina Kolgina also lived.
Lukyan said that after the detention, the police took him to the garage and tortured him with electric shock for about 40 minutes; They demanded recognition in the murder. As a result, the man signed confession, the court arrested him. Lukyan does not admit his guilt.

The witness in the case Sergei Naumov also spoke of torture. The investigation believes that he helped Lukyan get rid of the corpse. Under the pressure of the police, he refused these words and said that he had seen the murder. During the speech of Naumov, an operative sat in the courtroom, who controlled the interrogation.
In July 2018, the Investigative Committee refused to institute criminal proceedings on the fact of torture by Lukyan, but in January the verification materials were transferred to the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Regional.
