Fontanka: the FSB officer who tried to be a St. Petersburg businessman hunting carbine was transferred to the court

In St. Petersburg, the military prosecutor's office approved the indictment of the torture of entrepreneur Igor Salikov, to whom the FSB officer Ilya Kirsanov stuck a hunting carbine into the anus, Fontanka writes with reference to sources.

According to the publication, the case against the 26-year-old senior lieutenant of the Petrograd regional department of the FSB in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region Ilya Kirsanov will be considered in the Vyborg garrison military court.

Fontanka also writes that on May 17, the FSB officer was charged under Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code (exceeding official powers using weapons with causing grave consequences). On the same day, Kirsanov was released on a recognizance not to leave.

Mediazona wrote in detail how on May 7, 2018 the FSB officer during a search stuck a businessman in the anus of the hunting carbine “Tiger”.

As a result, Salikov was diagnosed with a rupture of the rectum, torn wounds of the anal canal, a bruise of the bladder and other injuries.

Salikov himself is accused by paragraph “A” and “B” of part 2 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code (sexual violent acts committed by a group of people with the threat of violence). He was excited after the businessman found out that his wife was cheating on him, and decided to teach her lover. In particular, he persuaded his acquaintances to force him to have oral sex with a man.
