Project details. The Mosinzhproekt company, owned by the Moscow government, will build up the territory of the space center. The project is divided into two parts - the construction of the headquarters of Roskosmos and the development of adjacent areas, where a research and production cluster with a business center, technology parks and new housing for participants in the renovation program will appear.

• The National Space Center, which will become the headquarters of Roskosmos, with an area of ​​250,000 sq. m will be built on an area of ​​almost 10 hectares. Roskosmos will not pay for the construction. To implement the project, the Moscow mayor's office will contribute about 25 billion rubles to the authorized capital of Mosinzhproekt, and Roskosmos will contribute a land plot. The construction of the center will also help the state corporation save up to 607 million rubles a year in the future. About 20,000 employees of Roskosmos will work in the center, and together, employees of the head departments of almost two dozen enterprises in the rocket and space industry.

This status implies exemption from property tax, land tax, transport tax for a period not exceeding 10 years, value added tax on the import of goods and import duty. Money and timing. The Moscow authorities will be able to fully implement the project in 5-7 years, by 2023-2025, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow Vladimir Yefimov.
