The Department of the Investigative Committee for the Magadan Region did not find any crime in the actions of the head of the local Yunarmiya branch, Pavel Podporin, whom the teenagers accused of harassing a minor. this . reports Dozhd
In April, local schoolchildren wrote a letter to the Secretary of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Bocharov, in which they accused Podporin of harassing a schoolgirl. The letter states that "most disturbing of all is his solicitation of intimate relations with a 17-year-old schoolgirl to whom he has repeatedly shown too close an attention."
The girl recorded one of the conversations on a voice recorder. It was partially deciphered by the Evening Magadan publication. In it, the man insists on a meeting and says “that everything will be as it should be for a boy and a girl.” According to the schoolgirl, Podporin knew about her age, but it did not bother him. As an example, he cited his coach, who is 50 and his girlfriend is 30.
Schoolchildren also complained about Podporin to the head of the regional department for youth affairs, Yuri Belousov. At the Youth Army meeting, where this audio recording was discussed, he and other staff members decided that the rumors could not be believed and supported Podporin. The head of Yunarmiya denies all accusations and says that this did not affect his work in any way.
