The Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow Region compiled the presidential order and published on its website a full list of places of stationary and mobile photo -kindergarten complexes. This was reported by the Moscow Agency .

"As part of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, the Ministry of Transport of the region published a complete list of installation sites of the complexes. Stationary complexes were marked on an interactive map, which is available for users from the moment the system introduces in 2017. For the convenience of motorists, a list of mobile complexes has also been published that can change the location. Mobile complexes are clearly visible on the road - there are appropriate symbols on cars," the head said, "said the head Department Alexei Gerzhik.

In total, over 1,200 stationary and 200 mobile cameras are currently operating in the Moscow region. According to the agency, in places of camera placement, the accident rate is reduced by 20-30%, and in the region in the region for 5 months of 2019, the number of accidents decreased by 8%, and the number of dead and wounded decreased by 7% and 12%, respectively.

Recall that the president gave the order to reveal the location of road cameras the other day at a meeting of the State Council, which was dedicated to the development of the road network. Then Putin demanded to stop hiding cameras in hazardous areas of roads, noting that the main purpose of their use is to reduce the accident rate.

At the same meeting, the idea of ​​the Ministry of Internal Affairs was discussed to introduce the possibility of confiscating the car into the new Code of Administrative Offenses (Code of Administrative Offenses) if its driver was drunk.

"We offer the confiscation of vehicles from drivers detained for driving. The car is a source of increased danger, transfer it to a citizen, who will then make [actions that will result in] tragic consequences, it is unacceptable. There are objections, which will not be correct: one citizen violates the rules of the road, and the other, from the owner, provides for this car. This citizen, ”said the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev.
