At the beginning of the week, a long -awaited dismissal of the deputy mayor of Novosibirsk Daniyar Safiullin had long expected. The retired general, who had been responsible for the state of the city economy for several years, resigned of his own free will. Political scientists hastened to announce the possible nomination of Daniyar Elgizarovich to mayor from the Playan party. But rumors so far remain only rumors.

The interest of voters in political processes and elections in particular is reduced to zero. Considering that about 60% of the city’s residents as a whole approve of the activities of the mayor of the elbow, to convince them and mobilize those who are dissatisfied with opposition candidates can become an extremely difficult, but rather as impossible task.
