Kazan activist was fined under an article on "unwanted organization"

The world court of the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan fined 10 thousand rubles by the local activist Gulnaz Ravilov under the article on “participation in the activities of an unwanted organization”. Ravilova reported this on her Facebook page.

The activist writes that she learned about the case only upon receipt of the court decision. The world judge Sadrieva considered the administrative case on June 14, and the second time. The first time the judge issued a ruling on the return of materials to the prosecutor's office in connection with the expiration of the deadline for bringing responsibility, but the prosecutor’s office did not terminate the case and the court accepted the materials for production.

The documents say that Ravilova held a single picket in a poster “made in the color scheme inherent in” the liquidated movement “Open Russia”.

“I think this attracting arbitrariness and pressure on me as a public activist. Be sure to appeal this decision, and in the event of a refusal, I will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, ”writes Ravilova.

Earlier, the girlwas appointed 30 hours of compulsory work for the action "Enough to put a bolt on the constitution." She talked about threats from the ED center and pressure on her parents.
