Singer Nino Katamadze refused concerts in Russia

Georgian jazz singer Nino Katamadze announced that her performance on June 22 at the Usadba Jazz festival in Moscow's Kolomenskoye Park was her last concert in Russia.

Thus, she supported the participants in the anti-Russian protests that began in Tbilisi on June 20 because of the speech of State Duma deputy Sergei Gavrilov in the Georgian parliament.

In an address to fans on Facebook, the singer apologized that she could not be with the protesters from the very beginning, calling Russia an occupier and Vladimir Putin an enemy.

According to Katamadze's website , she has a concert scheduled for March 2020 in Moscow. Its cancellation has not yet been announced.
