The largest Russian car dealer Rolf has announced that it will fulfill all obligations to its customers, despite the criminal case that is being investigated against the company's managers.

“We value our reputation in the market, a 27-year history of stability and success, strong partnerships and, first of all, our customers. The current situation will be resolved in the very near future in favor of our company, as we conduct our business honestly, openly, observing all the laws of the Russian Federation, ”Rolf said in a statement published on the company’s website on June 30.

The company has assured customers that all of its dealerships are operating normally and the financial situation is stable.

• On June 27, the Investigative Committee announced the initiation of a criminal case against the founder of Rolf, Sergei Petrov, and top managers of the company. They are suspected of illegally withdrawing four billion rubles abroad in 2014. As part of the criminal case, the court placed Anatoly Kairo, director of the business development department of the Rolf group of companies, under house arrest. Petrov is abroad and is not going to return to Russia.
