Navalny received 10 days for participation in the march in support of Ivan Golunov

Alexei Navalny was again arrested - the Khoroshevsky District Court sentenced him to 10 days for re -violation of the rules of public event. This time, politicians are pursued for participating in the June march in support of the Medusa journalist Ivan Golunov. According to the protocol, the opposition participated in the campaign that was interfering with the work of the metro, ground transport and the holding of festive events in honor of Russia's Day. Navalny explained the next administrative arrest with the active phase of the election campaign in the Moscow City Duma.

At the same time, the politician noticed that if the police really wanted to attach the necessary evidence, she would have done it, because she took it off for shares - though on these shootings, according to Navalny, it will be seen that he calmly goes and does not scream slogans. According to the report, he "shouted and waved his hands." The press secretary of Navalny Kira Yarmysh, who acted in court as a witness, also confirmed that there was no Navalny in any photo and video that were shown in court. In a petition to call the police who participated in his detention as witnesses, Judge Dmitry Zinyakov refused.

On July 1, the Foundation for the fight against corruption issued an investigation about the Mosgorduma of Andrei Metelsky Metelsky hotel business in Austria and real estate in Moscow for 5.7 billion rubles found by close relatives of the Vice-Spiker. Metelsky has already threatened Navalny. At the end of the text of the investigation, Navalny published a “plan”: to distribute an investigation, sign up for his candidate in the Moscow City Duma, participate in “smart voting”, financially support the struggle against “crooks and thieves” and, finally:

“If I am arrested and isolated again for a month, then carefully follow the news and provide moral, informational and other support to those candidates whom the“ EP ”will not be allowed to the polls.”

The politician suggested that the active stage of collecting signatures for elections to the Moscow City Duma is one of the reasons to arrest him right now so that he could not provide information support to democratic candidates. From the team of Navalny signature they collect: Lyubov Sobol, Vladimir Milov, Ivan Zhdanov, Konstantin Yankauskas and Ilya Yashin. Only 4 days remain until the end of the collection.

“Why is this happening? Selectivity of law and political motive. The police think that they can even attach cartoons as evidence - the chip and Dale hurry to the rescue, for example - and still give 30 days, this is Navalny, ”the oppositionist himself explained his predicted arrest.

In addition to Navalny, an activist of the Libertarian Party Pavel Saigin was arrested for participating in the march in support of Golunov-for 10 days and the press secretary of the headquarters of Ruslan Shavedinov-9 days. According to the OVD-Info, starting on June 13, the courts over the rest of the detainees pass almost every day-they are charged with 5 to 150 thousand rubles. In total, during the inconsistent campaign on June 12, more than 540 people were detained, including those who did not participate in the protest, but were in places of detention by accident.
