Agora's lawyer, Stanislav Seleznev, who is handling Baksheeva's case, told MBKh Media that the case was initiated in connection with the statement of local resident Olga Ilyina. She also wrote a complaint against Baksheeva in her first case.

“For protection purposes, we decide whether to publish a comment or not. On the first case, a large number of comments are colloquial statements, something like a “bald face”. The case will not be considered a repeated administrative offense, since the first decision has not yet entered into force, and the case has already been initiated, so there is no repetition here, ”the lawyer told the publication.
