Prokopiev is suspected of justifying terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) because of the material about the terrorist attack in the FSB department of Arkhangelsk. Probably, the blocking of accounts is related to being included in the list of Rosfinmonitoring - it imposes financial restrictions on those who are allegedly associated with "extremist activities" and terrorism.

The journalist noted that the accounts were blocked immediately after the transfer of salaries. Because of this, all Prokopieva's money remained on the card.
