"Berezovsky section" suspended in Kuzbass

The bailiffs suspended the work “Berezovsky’s incision” in the Kemerovo region. The company violated the standards for the size of coal dumps.

LLC "Car Berezovsky" mines coal in an open way in the territory of the former mine "North Maganak". But the height of the dumps exceeded 390 meters established by Rostekhnadzor. The Central District Court of Prokopyevsk found the company guilty under Part 1 of Art. 9.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of industrial safety requirements).

“Further dumping effects affects the stability of dumps, which can lead to a sudden destruction of the dump tiers or the occurrence of deformation processes, and the occurrence of a threat to the life and health of people,” the bailiffs in the Kemerovo region said.

The section of the section was suspended for 90 days. The bailiffs said they limited access to the place of coal production.

LLC "Care Berezovsky" is a member of the group "StroyService" oligarch Dmitry Nikolaev. Residents of the South Kuzbass have repeatedly opposed the work of Berezovsky.
