The court in Kaliningrad fined the head of the "Alliance of Doctors" trade union Anastasia Vasiliev and its deputy Vladimir Sotnikov for organizing an action in support of an anesthetist of the Kaliningrad perinatal center Elina Sushkevich. Vasilieva must pay 20 thousand rubles a fine for organizing a public event of the notification submission. Sotnikov was a fine of 10 thousand rubles for violating the order of the event.

Vasiliev and Sotnikov were detained on Sunday, July 7, on the way to the Kaliningrad airport. They made protocols. The third detainee - the operator Pavel Zelensky - was released without drawing up the protocol.

The action in support of Sushkevich was held on July 6 in different cities of Russia, including Kaliningrad. The event was not agreed there, but there were no detentions.

The doctor of the Kaliningrad "regional perinatal center" Elin Sushkevich is accused of killing a premature baby. She faces up to 20 years in prison. The accusations of organizing the murder were also brought by Elena Bely, the head doctor of the Kaliningrad maternity hospital No. 4.

A premature baby was born on November 6 by a visiting one from Uzbekistan. The woman was observed privately and gave birth to a 24th week of pregnancy. The weight of the child was 700 grams. Investigators believe that, at the direction of Belaya Sushkevich, during the resuscitation, he introduced the newborn deadly dose of magnesium sulfate, as a result of which his death occurred.

Both doctors are under house arrest. They do not admit their guilt.
