“Let’s discuss whose Crimea is and who is not there in Donbass”

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky invited Putin to come to Minsk for talks mediated by US President Donald Trump, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Theresa May.

• Zelensky explained on Facebook that the leaders would discuss “whose Crimea is and who is not there in the Donbas.” He hopes that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko will provide a platform for dialogue.
• Putin has never met with Zelensky, they have not even talked on the phone.
• Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Kremlin would consider the proposal.
• The day before, the head of Russia Today, Dmitry Kiselev, announced a telethon on July 12 on the air of the Russian channel Rossiya and the Ukrainian NewsOne (this is the TV channel of the head of the Public Platform - For Life party and Putin's godfather Viktor Medvedchuk.
