The journalist of "Evening Yakutsk" wrote about the "millstone of the state car." The district police officer started an abuse of freedom of speech

On July 25, the Yakutsk City Court will consider an amazing matter "On the abuse of freedom of information." The accused is the correspondent of the newspaper Yakutsk Evening Mikhail Romanov. Administrative production was openly by the district police officer Major Rushan Alimov.

In November last year, the Sisadmin of the North-East Federalistress and the Libertarian under the beliefs of Anton Ammosov was detained by the FSB officers. Searches, dismissal. After almost six months of novels in Yakutsk Vesard, he told the details: how Ammosov was beaten and threatened with tortures. Not just like that, the Chekists did not like his comments about the “network” case ( the organization was recognized as terrorist and prohibited in the Russian Federation - approx. Ed. ) And the explosion in the FSB building in Arkhangelsk. It is noteworthy that before that, Ammosov’s certificate published the OVD-Info, but the bodies do not make claims to him.

And one more thing is noteworthy: Ammosov’s story is surprisingly reminiscent of the “new” manuscript of Alexander Orshulevich, a graduate of another Fedunioteum - the Baltic, the name Kant. Also FSB officers, the same initial (before arriving at the office) beating in the van.

And the first (Orshulevich, who has not signed anything) is still sitting, and the second (Ammosov, who said everything that they wanted from him) was released after 12 hours - though he went to the FSB, as to work, everydayly.

In July, the Yakutskaya editors came to the Yakutskoye. Vitaly Ododin, the deputy head of the head, says that at first Major Alimov wanted to take Romanov (without a summons) to give explanations: the police opened an administrative case on the publication of Ammosov. Romanov wrote that he was refraining from the right to give explanations. Then the major drew up a protocol on the site of disobedience to the legal requirements of the police officer. I read it, asked if it had changed from the moment of its writing, and immediately began to compose a new one. And so - three times. “The protocols are obviously unlawful, but that is not the trick. He does not leave and does not allow to work. Just sitting writes. " Only time changes in protocols. The major came the next day, already having made the case of abuse of freedom of information.

The position of Oddin and the newspaper is simple and understandable. If you want an explanation, take here in place. Once again: the story, thanks to which the major came to the newspaper, is just connected with a person’s statement that he was abducted and beaten by the employees of the organs, so what to let a correspondent with a strange major for the sake of letting go? But he persists in the demand to go with him and does not want to write out the summons. Art. 25.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation: Explanations are not an obligation, but the right of a citizen. There is no liability for a refusal.

The position of the organs, on the contrary, is difficult and incomprehensible. The district police officer is talking with the journalist, but Romanov saw the document: the case was openly on the proposal of the FSB. Romanova is asked why he wrote about Ammosov in general and, in particular, why he wrote such a phrase:

“This is a story about the fact that everyone can get into the millstone of the state car. And about the fact that the big brother is watching, reading all the comments on the forums ... "

From this phrase, the major deduced the following (the divine quotes the protocol):

“The author claims that everyone, any person taken may be in a difficult situation through the fault of the state institution (and what, then, for example, Romanov’s case? - A. T.) ... that the totalitarian state and its repressive and regulatory authorities continuously control (read) all comments on the forums and one day can commit an illegal act in relation to any individual abduction and bending (about the abduction (about what The case, for example, ammosov ? Moreover, this statement ... does not have any actual confirmation. ”

"Yakutsk Evening" is phenomenal. There are almost no such free newspapers in Russia. Yakutia herself, with all its vivid specifics, is still an ordinary province with all Russian and Siberian ulcers. And this combination and interpenetration cannot but spark.

Shortly before the current case, another thing took place: “Evening” (in particular, the Object) was the first to try to attract by the Law on Fake-News for a note on rape by migrant minor. The police lost the police.

According to the Oblozin, the major now regularly likes all the posts about him from the “Evening” employees (and they say, the big brother is not watching!) And changed the avatar with a smiling, drawn face to his eye (not otherwise than Orwell began to read!). He began or not, but Romanov is accused of being unprovenly accusing the repressive bodies of the state of monitoring (reading) of all comments. Now Major Alimov threw evidence in favor of her position to the coming court.

The court reported that the case against Romanov was drawn up under Part 3 of Art. 13.15 Code of Administrative Offenses. But in this part of the article - "illegal dissemination of information about a minor." There is nothing like that in Romanov’s text. The media reports that the case is in terms of this article. But there were no such things in Russia yet - this is about “hidden inserts that affect the subconscious of people” and this is about electronic products. However, Romanov’s text was not released on the site - in a paper newspaper.
