The Moscow Regional Court softened the preventive measure for Roman Udot, a member of the board of the Golos movement. He has been released from house arrest. This was reported by the news agency "Law" in a text broadcast from the courtroom.
The appeal of Roman Udot was partially satisfied. Despite the prosecutor's arguments to leave house arrest, the court chose the prohibition of certain actions as a preventive measure: to leave the apartment from 23:00 to 6:00, communicate with the participants in the case, use the Internet and mobile communications.
Roman's lawyer Maxim Pashkov petitioned in court to change the measure of restraint or soften the conditions of house arrest, since the minimum severity of the deed does not correspond to the imposition of the maximum number of restrictions: due to the complete ban on leaving the apartment and using means of communication, Roman could not buy food and even take out the trash. According to the news agency "Zakon", based on the speech of Roman Udot at the court session, the only investigative action carried out in the framework of the criminal case was a psychiatric examination.
