According to Radkov, he went to the election commission on the editorial assignment as an operator from the Nevsky Information Agency. Then, as Radkov says, these people demanded that he stop shooting, tried to grab the camera and hit him several times.

Radkov was able to escape, hiding from the men who were driving behind him in the cabin of the driver of the tram, writes New Gazeta. According to the publication, Radkov called the police and an ambulance. He was taken to the 57th police department, where he is waiting for a lawyer to draw up an application for the attackers.

The attack on Radkov was also stated by human rights activist Dinar Idrisov.

Earlier, GIK recognized violations in connection with the appointment of secret elections in IKMO Sergievskoye. During the elections, several attacks and skirmishes occurred in the election commissions.
