The coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Khabarovsk was sued for a million rubles

Aleksey Vorsin, the coordinator of Navalny's Khabarovsk headquarters, was filed three lawsuits at once after an investigation into corruption in the city's mayor's office. about this He himself spoke on his YouTube channel.

The first lawsuits against Vorsin were filed by Alexander Gavrilenko and Sergey Savchenko, who were named close friends of the son of the former vice-mayor of Khabarovsk for investment development Valeria Lebeda in the investigation. According to their statement, they experienced "moral suffering" due to the fact that their personal data was announced in the investigation of Navalny's headquarters. Gavrilenko and Savchenko demand compensation for interference with their personal lives in the total amount of one million rubles.

Valery Lebeda himself, who left his position after the investigation was released, filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office about insult (part 1 of article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The subject of the insult was the phrase “vile crook and rogue”, published in the telegram channel of Navalny’s headquarters in Khabarovsk in a post about Lebeda’s departure from his post. According to Lebeda's statement, Vorsin insulted him "in writing, assessing his personality in a humiliating manner."

Vorsin was also sued by the Khabarovsk architect Vitaly Ten. He does not require compensation for moral damage, but wants to delete information about him. Ten denies that he is the director of the municipal company "DAK" (Far Eastern Architectural Company), about corruption in which the politician also did an investigation .

The trial on claims against Vorsin will begin on July 16 in the Krasnoflotsky District Court of Khabarovsk, at 14:30 local time.
