The criminal case against the former coordinator of Open Russia in Krasnodar was transferred to court

Investigators submitted to court the criminal case of Yana Antonova, the former coordinator of Open Russia in Krasnodar. This was reported by MBKh Media, citing Alexander Valyavsky, a lawyer for the Pravozashchita Otkryka.

According to Valyavsky, the time of the court session has not yet been set. This will happen within a month.

Antonova is accused of carrying out the activities of an organization recognized as undesirable on the territory of Russia (Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code). According to Russian law, a person can be prosecuted under this article if he was previously found guilty twice in one year under administrative articles on carrying out the activities of an undesirable organization.
