The court returned the case of a Pugachev resident about contempt of authority to the police for revision

The Pugachevsky District Court of the Saratov Region returned to the police the materials of the administrative case of A. V. Kornienko about disrespect for the authorities in order to eliminate shortcomings. It is reported by "Idel. Realities".

A. V. Kornienko was accused of violating Part 3 of Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. In April, he commented on a post about a criminal case for illegal fishing on the page of the Pugachev police department in Odnoklassniki. Law enforcement agencies regarded his comment as "clear disrespect for the district police officers."

The case was referred to the court, but the judge ruled that the shortcomings of the case materials are “significant”: there is no document that Kornienko’s actions do not contain a criminally punishable act, and the printouts of the text of the post are not certified. On these formal grounds, the case was returned to the police officer who drew up the report to correct the shortcomings.
