"Dear friends! There was a big trouble with me. The fact is that I did not exist. I thought that I was in this photo. I am subscribing to Elena Rusakov, a candidate in the Moscow City Duma in 37 districts. I put the date and signature under the strict look of the volunteer, who watches that I do not go beyond the cell. However, now it is not possible that there is no sociologist in all this," Facebook .
"The election commission said that in the photograph-not me, but some type that makes a criminal offense-falsifies my signature. Since the last thirty-five years I have been confident that this person-I, now it turns out that I am not. Not only that-may be surprised, but there is no way to come and prove the commission that everything is in order and this signature is really mine. If the commission has decided that I have no one, what I have not seen, it knows. to me.
However, everything is much worse. With my non-existence, one could somehow come to terms. I would gradually get used to the fact that everyone around is looking past me and theatrically walk through me when I hold out my hand. However, with me there is still no my mother, hundreds of my neighbors in the district and tens of thousands of other Muscovites. We are all ghosts. We are the nobodies.
So, as a Moscow ghost, I want to say that all this could happen for only one reason. Because someone from above said: "So that these candidates are not in the elections, but how you will decide it, I do not care, and do not come to me anymore." And as always happens in such cases, such a team exactly in this form was lowered to the district election commission, who received it at the last moment and decided to act as it would be necessary. And since all the signatures were real, they had to declare living people that they were not.
In Moscow there is only one person who could give this team. His name is Sergei Sobyanin. Why is he silent all the last days, I understand - it is clear that he wants to be associated with bicycle paths and parks, and not with a lawlessness in the elections. But in Moscow there is no and cannot be anything more important than a refusal to exist thousands of Muscovites.
On behalf of the Moscow Ghosts movement, I urge Sergei Sobyanin to get courageous and meet with us so that he answered us exactly one question: how does he relate to the fact that Muscovites are recognized as non -existent, and that he plans to undertake on this occasion. If he is so afraid of us, then we are even ready to meet him in daylight.
But I know for sure that you need to look for an answer from Sobyanin. And if journalists want, they will achieve an answer - they have proved it more than once. "
