The Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan returned the protocol on the administrative case against a pensioner from Zelenodolsk Zaytuna Korotkova to the police to correct the shortcomings. This is reported by the publication “Idel. Realities".
On July 11, an administrative report was drawn up against Zaytuna Korotkova under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a rally) for speaking at the May Day action of the Communists of Russia. Before that, she was summoned to the prosecutor's office for a conversation about allegedly negative statements about the president of Russia and a speech criticizing the authorities.
Ch. 5 Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation provides for an administrative fine in the amount of ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles or compulsory work for up to forty hours.
