Empty poster and money against Putin: detention for shares against the authorities of Yekaterinburg

On July 7, an action was held in Yekaterinburg for the resignation of local authorities. One of the participants Galina Koroleva told the OVD-Info about the detention with an empty poster, the removal of money with anti-Putin inscriptions and how the police lieutenant colonel beat oppositionists.

We have a wonderful person in the city, the creator of the “School of Public Defender” Sergey Yuryevich Tiunov. He is a professional lawyer, but a lawyer from the people.

Tiunov submitted applications for the action for the recall of the City Duma of the Seventh convocation, distrust of the governor, distrust of the mayor. He served online for several days in a row, everyone was refused and refused, and then - pierced. On his application of June 21, the reaction did not come to June 24, as it should be by law, but on the 25th! This means that the action turned out to be agreed.

Tiunov appealed to the court due to disagreement of shares. The very fact of the coordination of the rally was revealed in the Court of Appeal - the Sverdlovsk Regional. At a meeting of the regional court, the judge says:

- Why are you complaining? On July 7, the action has agreed to you.

There was a representative of the administration, he was blackened. For Tiunov, this was also a surprise, he was very happy. But this position of the judge was not recorded, because the lawsuit was not specifically about July 7, but in general about unreasonable refusals to agree on shares. In the lawsuit Tiunov, the regional court refused.

We went out, we knew the consequences. We managed to stand only 10 minutes. We - those who stood with posters - were 7–8 people. We stood on the sidewalk, behind our backs there was a fence of a temporary city fair.

We came exactly 12 and turned the posters. We already saw that there were auto -zats, police officers. They immediately approached us, began to demand that the posters turn off and stop. The police lieutenant colonel Anton Troshin commanded. He gave us five minutes to leave ourselves, after which Tiunov was detained and the rest. I myself went to the car.

Tiunov had a poster "Down with a fairy -tale woodpecker." Tiunov explained to me that the woodpecker, in my opinion, is in Ukrainian-this is one bad word. Everyone understands who the woodpecker is. This is a character, of course, from the federal agenda, not regional.

I had a poster - an empty sheet of paper. On his back, it was written “repression against Navalny - repression against each of us. This is our country. ” I did not have a poster on the declared topic of the action, so I took this one and turned the back. The cops did not like everything, but only Anton Troshin made us requirements.

We want to hold him accountable: on the video it is recorded how he hit me with a fist in the back when I was halfway to the autozak. I myself walked, and he decided to fit me with a blow. If he does this under the cells opposite the city hall, we can imagine what he does when no one sees.

He hit Tiunov in the stomach already in the police. Where Troshin hit Tiunov’s hernia, he also intends to file a complaint. Troshin realized that the matter was bad: he approached me in the court of the court, suggested talking.

So far, only Baldin (15 days) and Tiunov (5 days) were judged, because they are delayed not the first time at such events. We knew that Baldina and Tiunov would be left for the “day”, right there the opposition gathered and brought water and everything that was needed.

At the trial, Tiunov stated the allotment to all judges of the Russian Federation for cooperation with the regime, and judge Lobanova in particular. But the judge Lobanova is a special person. Of all the judges of Yekaterinburg that I saw, she is the most decent person. She could not give Tiunov at least something, and therefore five days.

I know Victor Baldin from his childhood. He was given 15 days, and he is seriously ill-it is clear that something is wrong with him. This is due to the lungs. He began the examination, but did not complete it. While in the IVS, he cannot continue treatment: the course is not prescribed to him. I spoke with the doctor in the IVS, she said that she would try to pay maximum attention to Baldin.

There is a special receiver in Yekaterinburg, but, apparently, in connection with Putin’s arrival, migrants and homeless people hid there. There was no place left there, the arrested for our action was brought to the IVS in the city center. IVS under the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs [in the Sverdlovsk region].

Viktor Baldin went to Moscow for a referendum (this refers to the action of supporters of Vyacheslav Maltsev on November 5, 2017- OVD-info ), he did not hide it and does not hide it. There was a sticker from there on Baldin's tablet, he gave the tablet to Dmitry from Nizhny Tagil. The police seized all the phones, including the tablet: without even drawing up the protocols and telling us that we are amazed in rights. Then the phones were returned, but a tablet with a sticker - no. Dmitry was also seized from Dmitry: “Putin is the enemy of Russia” on the bills.

The poster was seized from me: he is already two years old, but nothing, I’ll do new, I don’t feel sorry for. The fact that I kept it with an empty side on the shares-they did not worry-they were recorded on the video, as I get it, and at some point the poster was turned by the inscription to the camera.
