Two protocols were drawn up against a participant in a rally against the consolidation of municipalities

Tatyana Vlasova, a resident of an emergency barracks in Usovo near Moscow, was charged with protocols under Part 1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules for holding a rally by the organizer) and Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer). This was reported on the MBH media website.

On June 2, a rally was held in the village of Barvikha against the enlargement of municipalities. Tatyana Vlasova was detained immediately after graduation. The rally itself was calm, although the police tried to convince the participants that the rally was not agreed upon, since the city authorities did not respond to the notification of the organizers. The action had to be carried out without the use of sound amplifying equipment, as there was no electricity.

During the arrest, Vlasova's arms were twisted and handcuffed. The police took an explanation from the woman and then released her.

• Together with Vlasova, Mikhail Nikishin, who led the stream of the woman's detention, was then detained. The police demanded from Nikishin that he delete the entry. A protocol was drawn up against the detainee under Article 19.3, but the judge returned the protocol to the police.
