In Mordovia in the city of Ruzayevka, the security forces beat a native of the foreign state Rafik Abbasov, which was contained at the Center for the temporary detention of foreign citizens. This was reported by the Mediazone by Abbasov himself.
According to Abbasov, on July 19 a lawyer contacted him, who said that documents came from Kyrgyzstan, which states that he had no citizenship of this country.
“Yesterday, the lawyer calls, says your documents have come, you have no right to keep you there. I have a pregnant wife, I have small children, sick parents, ”said Abbasov, clarifying that he had met with the head of TsVSIG Evgeny Firstov and asked him to be released on the basis of the documents received.
According to Abbasov, in response to Firstov, obscenely expressed himself in his address and refused to fulfill the request for release. Then Abbasov returned to the camera, began to cut his hands, and then set fire to a sheet on himself. Abbasov's neighbors in the cell demanded that they call an ambulance, but instead the security forces arrived in TsVSIG.
“The man is 15-20 in helmets, with shields, batons flew here. Everyone pushed through these shields. <...> They flew here, in short, they surrounded him, cut it off with shields, they wolled a couple of times with a stouter shocker and dragged it, ”an eyewitness to the incident Alexander Utkin told Mediazone, who ended up in TsVSig after liberation from the colony.

As a result, Abbasov was handed over to the handcuffs and taken to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Ruzayevka, where he spent the night, and the next morning he was fined 500 rubles for petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). “When they started to beat me, I started to be rude,” explained the reason for the drawing up the protocol of Abbasov.
Utkin, in a conversation with the Mediazona, said that the security forces come to TsVSIG not the first time.
“You begin to demand something, either a doctor or an ambulance. They immediately call the police, then the Ephesians come and come, then something else, ”said Utkin, adding that foreigners in TsVSig for months are waiting for decisions of deportation, and the institution is full of people.
In turn, the Republican Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported “7x7” that Abbasov was detained, as he demanded that the head of the center bring him two liters of vodka, and having received a refusal, tried to open his veins. As a result, Abbasov provided medical assistance on the spot and took him to the department to draw up a protocol on petty hooliganism. At the same time, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs denies that OMON employees came to the institution.
