More than 20 guests of a music festival were detained in Belgorod

In Belgorod, 24 guests of the Karma music festival were detained. This was reported to OVD-Info by one of the detainees Yegor Rekalov.

Among the detainees: Viktor Bazarov, Evgeny Pilnikov, Stepan Blokhin, Valery Pershin, Anton Nagaytsev, Ilya Doroshenko, Yulia Selyukova, Daria Shulga, Daniel Shebelsky, Artyom Afonin, Andrei Berezkin, Lolita Dedova, Vasily Ostashko, Dmitry Kruglyakov, Maxim Lunev.

According to Rekalov, the police and riot police detained the guests more than five hours ago. After that, they were taken to a narcological dispensary at 159 Volochanskaya Street, where they are forced to take drug tests, in case of refusal they are threatened with an article on disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The man noted that the police are bringing in one person at a time, and the rest of the detainees have been kept in the cold for several hours.

After a medical examination, they are promised to be taken to the police department. According to Rekalov, the officers do not explain the reasons for the detention and do not say under what articles they are going to draw up protocols.
