Official exit polls: Zelensky won, Medvedchuk, Poroshenko, Tymoshenko and Vakarchuk in the Rada

The Servant of the People party of the current President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky won the early parliamentary elections to the Verkhovna Rada. Previously, she won 43.9% of the vote. This is evidenced by official exit poll data. In second place is the pro-Russian party "Opposition Platform - For Life" of Viktor Medvedchuk and Yuriy Boyko (11.5%). Also, the parties of ex-President Petro Poroshenko "European Solidarity" (8.9%) and "Fatherland" Yulia Tymoshenko (7.6%) also overcame the five percent barrier.

• The party "Voice", the list of which is headed by the musician Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, by the evening overcame the 5% threshold. According to unofficial data, from 3 to 5% voted for the party during the day. Poll at 18:00 gives Vakarchuk 6.3% of the vote.
• There will be no second pro-Russian party in parliament. The "opposition bloc", which led a coalition of deputies of several parties to the elections, is gaining a little more than 3% of the vote, although it was close to 5% during the day. Also, there were no seats in parliament for candidates from the party "Strength and Honor" of the former head of the SBU Igor Smeshko.
• The result of the new elections will be the re-election of the government. In the afternoon, Zelensky, answering journalists' questions, outlined a portrait of the future prime minister, indicating that he should not have much political experience. “The prime minister must be an absolutely professional economist,” Zelensky said. After the announcement of official exit polls, which showed Vakarchuk's passage to the Rada, the President of Ukraine invited the future leader of the faction to discuss the candidacy of the Prime Minister.
