As the record of video surveillance showed, the incident occurred at about three in the morning on July 22. The attackers fixed a home -made bomb on the door handle and blew it up, and also stained with the foam at the entrance to the building of the bust of Joseph Stalin and wrote on it the executioner of peoples.
The police began an audit in connection with the incident.
[The Communist Party was called] several versions of what happened: according to one of them, the incident is connected with the election campaign before voting on September 8, when the head of the local administration will be elected. “The second version is not the first attempt by such radical young people to somehow harm us, our premises and the monument. Since 2015, this is the third attempt. The third option is simply not quite healthy people, ”said the representative of the local department of the Communist Party.
