The protocol regarding the coordinator of the “Left Front” in the Volga region was returned to the police

The protocol on disrespect for the authorities (part 3 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against the coordinator of the "Left Front" in the Volga Federal District, Sergei Padalkin, was returned to the police. This was reported on the MBH Media website with reference to the website of the Leninsky District Court of Penza.

According to the case card on the court website, the protocol under part 3 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, drawn up for Padalkin, the court decided to return to the police. The reason for this was that the protocol did not indicate in what form the dissemination of information expressing disrespect for the authorities was expressed.

The reason for drawing up a protocol against the activist was the publication on the website of the Penza “Left Front” dated June 12. Padalkin is the editor of this site. According to the police, Padalkin's offense is that he "published on his website a photo of citizen R.A., who defiantly tore up the book edition of the Constitution."
