The federal state institution "Directorate for Construction and Reconstruction" announced the purchase of a cultural center for designing a cultural center in Magadan. The price of the project to create a project begins with 14.9 million rubles, the cost of the center itself is planned at the level of 3 billion rubles, according to the public procurement website.

According to the presentation of the integrated development of Magadan, published on the website of the Urban Planning Department, the cultural center will be located behind the cathedral on the site of the ski -regional route. The complex itself will include, according to the technical documentation of the project, two halls, a club and film lecture, as well as halls for classes of choral groups and orchestras, premises for craft and creative workshops and exhibition "hall-transformer". The preliminary cost of construction will be 3.2 billion rubles.
