The candidate for the mayors of Novosibirsk was accused of an unauthorized rally after a meeting with voters

The independent deputy of the City Council Natalia Pinus, who is running for mayors of Novosibirsk, was accused of conducting an unauthorized rally after a meeting with voters. The reason for the protocol was an audio equipment that was used for hearing -impaired participants.

The Pinus drew up an administrative protocol under Art. 20.2 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket) after a meeting with voters. “They held a meeting in the square on the tower in the Leninsky district of Novosibirsk. There were ten people, including two old grandmothers, for whom I had to bring a column with a microphone so that they could hear. Pinus gave explanations in the Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs. At the time of publication, she had already left the police station.
