Feast with bruises in front

Mocking of football fans in Rostov - the result of a police acceleration or an argument in favor of the introduction of a multi -billion dollar FAN ID system?

On July 20, after the Rostov match with Spartak, news reports of sports sites were similar to online reports from Moscow protest rallies. Several thousand fans of the guests were cordoned off by the police in the sub-tribune room of the Rostov-Arena stadium. Law enforcement officers pulled out individual fans from the crowd, they, of course, were against it, as a result, clashes arose using force, special equipment and other electric shockers. Since the game was not a meeting of particularly fundamental rivals, and Rostov himself for fans of Spartak in former times was very hospitable, many red and white fans came to support their favorite team with wives and children. Naturally, the latter also found themselves in the sub-tribune room of Rostov-Arena, where they were “practiced” by local “astronauts”.

The situation is actually ordinary, but for matches of 5-6 years ago. Even before the home championship in the stands of the stadiums, thanks to the really serious and hard work of both football officials and law enforcement agencies, including special services, it became relatively calm. The near -football hooligans were “scored” in a deep underground. And riot police in the stands replaced the disposable species of stewards in shirts. “Atmosphere” appeared, as commentators say. As a result, attendance records on supervisors built to the World Cup and millions of rubles flowing in the treasury of clubs. In this context, what happened in Rostov became an electric shock for all fans who began to get used to family campaigns in stadiums.

According to Spartak fans, confirmed by numerous videos, at the end of the match, a crowd of several thousand people turned out to be locked in a sub -tribune room. The stewards, without explaining the reasons, closed the way out of the stadium. This state of affairs did not suit Moscow fans - most of them “burned” tickets for the return road. The bakery of red-white and stewards after some time was revived by employees of local police special forces.

They burst into the crowd and, breaking through their way with batons and electric shock -co -co -keers, began to pull out individual fans from the people's mass.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, one of the fans violated public order on the rostrum (most likely, this refers to the use of pyrotechnics). The employees of the Russian Guard after the match carried out the detention of violators.

“The fact that someone was calculated in the crowd,“ nonsense, ”comments the former head of the Spartak fan club Vladimir Grishin. -There was nothing on the stands on the stands-a few smoke and crackers, and because of this it was necessary to press several thousand people? The root of evil is in the organization. Later, the beginning of the match ( 21.30 - D.K. ), respectively, and later, its completion, which also dragged on because of the wires of the player Rostov ( Alexander Gatskan, who completed his career. - D.K. ). This is a wonderful initiative and a very beautiful gesture, but the Spartak fans have nothing to do. Maybe it was worth letting them first, and to give the locals goodbye to the legend? And so - they didn’t explain anything to anyone, they kept in a stuffy room, people were late for flights, nervous, of course. In such a situation, the conflict is inevitable. And naturally, fans are found guilty. "

Indeed, the statements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Premier League were full of gratitude to the local police and the Russian Guard, whose employees quoted the press release, "were correct and loyal, creating the atmosphere of the holiday."

FC "Spartak" made a tough statement:

“We are sure that both the regional department and the stadium that took part in the organization of matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, have sufficient technical means and experience in order to conduct a point detention of the suspect, without blocking 2000 people in more than half an hour after the match.”

Confirms these words and ex-head of the All-Russian Society of Fans, the famous “Armets” Andrei Malosolov:

“If the task is to delay a person - for modern services this is not a problem at all. Even with old video surveillance systems, introduced before the World Cup, police special forces can read what is written on your button. You can detain the offender anywhere - at the exit from the rostrum, at the exit from the sector, thanks to the cameras it can be “carried out” to the house. I do not believe that someone was soaked from the crowd, this is an excuse for unprofessional, rough work. And in general, this practice of forcibly deduction after the match seems absurd - the World Cup showed us that everything is calm for 10 minutes, without a tin can leave the rostrum, no matter what stadium the meeting was going on. ”

There are assumptions that incidents with the participation of fans of Moscow clubs in the matches of the first rounds of the championship will become unnecessary arguments for the introduction of the FAN ID system - a system for identifying fans, estimated for different sources in the amount of 4.5 to 6 billion rubles.

“No one has yet proved that the FAN ID is an effective system for ensuring safety in the stands,” continues Andrei Malosolov. - Now and so all the subscriptions, only by which you can get to the fan stand, are sold by passports. A person who has come on a ticket and violated the order - and so will be calculated in the cameras, if necessary. Why then FAN ID? This is the last century, in fact, law enforcement officers have long been able to work amaze. And fans know how to behave decently. Just the qualitative level of this joint work or public agreement, if you want, must be supported. ”
