Reports were drawn up against correspondents of two telegram channels for filming in court

Protocols under Art. 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Failure to comply with the order of a judge or bailiff to ensure the established procedure for the activities of courts), after which they were pushed out of the court building. This was reported in the “Avtozak LIVE” telegram channel.

Correspondents broadcast from the building of the Meshchansky Court, where the hearing on the case of Alexander Archagov took place. Contrary to the principle of openness and publicity of the court, bailiffs prohibit filming in the court corridor, citing internal regulations.

• Alexander Archagov was detained on the morning of July 24. He is charged with organizing an unapproved rally (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) for a post on a social network with a call to come to Trubnaya Square.
• Since July 15, protests have been held on Trubnaya Square against the exclusion of independent candidates from participating in the Moscow City Duma elections.
