In Moscow, two people were detained near the building of the presidential administration, standing in single pickets because of the murder of activist Elena Grigoryeva. This was reported to OVD-Info by acquaintances of the detainees.
Leonid Krieger stood with a banner in a single picket. Members of the SERB movement surrounded him, and a police officer approached. Krieger rolled up the poster while talking to the policeman. Yulian Lashkin, who was standing nearby, thought that Krieger had finished picketing, and unfolded his poster.
At that moment, both of them were detained for violating the rules of single picketing.
