The defender of the rights of conscripts and a specialist in supporting the activities of non -profit organizations in the Kirov region Mikhail Plusnin on July 24 turned 49 years old. By the day of his birth, 7x7 gathered the rules of his life.

About human rights

- I am engaged in my favorite thing - social innovations. In work, it is important for me to achieve precisely some changes in society, otherwise the meaning of all this? What makes me do this is a philosophical question. There are several ways to protect people. Someone goes to power structures. I decided that I was closer to another way. There is an opportunity to promote a different way of work now, when people do it on their own. Being a human rights activist in modern Russia is easy. The only problem is that it does not bring money.

On the problem of non -profit organizations in Kirov

- We have a problem with brains. There is a misunderstanding for what to create an organization, there is not a single NGO that would be created for the result. There are orphans in the field. If only someone said that we are working so that there are no orphans. We reached the stage: there were no orphans, the organization closes. But no, everyone works for the process, to accompany children-orphans, give orphans, arrange a concert for them ... Then, surprise where they got a consumer attitude to life, to start training on their retraining ... This reactive policy, which will not lead to anything: children will always be left without parents' care, social activists will always deal with this problem. Or take help to homeless animals is a very noble business. But homeless animals are and will be, and activists will always attach them. Where to put them? There would be a need for guard dogs is another matter, but no one needs these, this is not a Pokemon. And people are tormented by the non -use of the problem. Most social activists do not understand what they are fighting with.

About independence

- If I spend a seminar or other event, then I am responsible for him, not the governor, not the mayor. For my whole life, I did not solve a single problem with our mayors. He coped himself. The existing concerns should be talked without looking back, who is there today in the first person.

On the participation of youth in anti -corruption protests in 2017

- I wanted to culturally say that they have hearts, and therefore they protest ... But he broke himself, noting that for young people “stability” is not a blessing. This is the period when they cannot realize themselves - all places are occupied, all moves are calculated. And the movie is not about Dimon - this is an occasion. The reason is a disaster in the country's economy.

About the upbringing of four children

- We must have a belt in a prominent place. In which case - to say that you use it. There should be a visible incentive, visualization of the method of influence. But gingerbread cookies, sweets, and cakes, and ice cream I also use in education.

About education

- A couple of acquaintances (in fact more) were asked where I would advise the child to study. Graduates, road to the future, all things. I answer: the first education should be quick and practical. On the cook, seamstress, welder, specialist in iron, builder, driver. After that, it is already possible (if this thought comes to mind that the child has already become an independent person) to go to study at the manager in order to become nobody in 4 years. But in this case, the first education is still there, and the child will not die from hunger. Only in the reverse order is not necessary - it is difficult to explain to the young man with a diploma at the age of 22 that he has no knowledge, there are few brains, and no one is going to take him to work and watch how he will fill up the project.

About religious

- As we recall, initially Christianity was born as a religion of people who were oppressed, drove. I would not want it to become completely different in meaning today. Perhaps today's changes are due to the fact that a new generation of people who did not remember how everything was several years ago has grown. I would like everyone to have the opportunity to believe in what they want to believe and act as they consider it necessary to act. At the same time, one does not need to invade the life of people who believe that there are other guidelines. Still, we have not only Orthodoxy in the country-there is also Islam, Buddhism, other religions, whose adherents are many. To give out the point of view part of their parishioners for the only true is not very correct.

About objectivity

- Compliance with the rights of suspects, accused and convicted issues are specific. And the ethical aspect comes first here. An objective independent look and loyalty in everything is what the human rights activist should distinguish.

Mikhail Plusnin was born on July 24, 1970. In 1993 he graduated from the History Department of the Vyatka State Humanitarian University. Since 2000, he was the chairman of the Vyatka regional children's organization "Veche", and was engaged in the protection of minors. For more than 16 years he has been protecting the rights of conscripts.
