The head of the Council of Teips of Ingushetia was fined under an article on fake news

The case under the article on the dissemination of unreliable publicly important information (part 9 of article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against Daskiev was initiated on May 16, after an appeal to the deputies of the People's Assembly of the republic “on the issue of the Prigorodny district”, published on the website of the Teip Council.

According to this appeal, the Russian authorities demand from Ingushetia "in a short time" to complete the process of transferring the republic's lands to neighboring regions "and thus prepare the basis for the liquidation of the Republic of Ingushetia, which should ultimately lead to the disappearance of the Ingush people."

According to the investigation, this information is unreliable, since the Council of Teips did not provide any documents confirming this.

According to Ozdoev, the defense will appeal the court's decision. Within three days they will receive a reasoned decision, after which they will prepare a complaint to the Magas District Court.
