The version of the murder of Russian journalists in the Central African Republic “as a result of a robbery committed by Arab -speaking bandits” was invented by employees of companies related to businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin. This is stated in the second part of the investigation of the Dossier Center.
At the disposal of the center was the correspondence of employees of Prigozhin structures-M-Finance and M-Invest companies. In one of their chats entitled “TsAS Media”, participants discuss the receipt of the President of the Republic of President Valery Zakharov from the adviser to the security of information that the journalists allegedly were traveling from Sibu to the city of Kaga-Bannoro, to the territory controlled by the field commander Abdullai Hissen.
Pyotr Bychkov, the head of the so-called “back-office” of African structures of Prigozhin in St. Petersburg, writes in the chat that they, together with Valery Zakharov, figured out what position should adhere to:
“These are incomprehensible faces, by order of the head of the head, they were heading towards Kag Bandor, where, according to the minus, the gangster, Ali Daras, Alkatima and Abduly Khissen took place. For the purpose of robbery, they were stopped by 10 people of Arab -speaking bandits. The driver managed to escape - now he is on interrogations. "
The chat also discuss options for promoting this version. “Why should we even make any official statement about this incident? How does it feel about us? We will not steal ourselves if we plunge our nose in this? Well, who is not there and for what reason died? The ambassador gave his comment already. And how will we perform? " - writes one of the participants, Vadim Kuptsov.
As a result, other chat participants agree that “it really may turn out that the hat has caught fire on the thief” and agree to “launch 3-4 publications in local media,” as well as dissolve misinformation through the police.
According to the sources of “dossier”, law enforcement agencies in the Central African Republic do not take actions to investigate the crime, and the investigation in Russia on the fact of the murder is carried out slowly and inefficiently.
On July 30, 2018, Russian journalists Orhan Dzhemal, Alexander Rastorguev and Kirill Radchenko were killed in the TsAR. In the Central Academy of Sciences, journalists worked on a joint report with the "Center for Investigation Management" by Mikhail Khodorkovsky, dedicated to the mercenaries of Russian private military companies. In particular, they were going to visit the possible places of the mercenaries of the Wagner PMC.
