Vladimir Milov received more than all - 30 days of arrest for "repeated violation of the rules of mass shares." Meanwhile, the opposition announced a new rally - August 3. The Libertarian party wanted to hold it on Lubyanskaya Square, but received coordination from the city hall only on Sakharov Avenue. The Libertarians did not agree with this option, one of the party leaders Mikhail Svetov went to negotiations that failed. At the exit from the Svetov city hall, they detained.

- These citizens for several days held unauthorized shares on Trubnaya, and the police practically did not respond, but such a scenario did not suit the organizers. They moved to active actions, attempts to overlapping roads, blocking the streets, attacking police officers - this was how Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin commented on July 27 in the center of the capital.

On the air of the TV channel, Sobyanin said that he was evaluating the protest as “riots”: “They forced the police to use force, which in this situation was completely adequate.”

According to him, on August 3, the opposition is preparing a "new provocation."

On July 29, it became known that the mayor's office agreed on the Libertarian Party of the rally in support of independent candidates for the Moscow City Duma on Sakharov Avenue. At the same time, Mikhail Svetov said that they did not agree with this option, and the application was submitted to Lubyanskaya Square.

Then Svetova was called to negotiations at the city hall. Even before they began in a conversation with the correspondent of the “new” Svetov, he spoke about the options that the organizers intend to propose to the authorities: “We are considering Volkhonka (this is opposite the Cathedral of Christ the Savior) is a large street, all sorts of mass religious events are constantly taking place there. That is, the police have worked out the methodology for working with this street. We are also ready to consider the option from Tverskaya from house 16 to house 29-it is also regularly burned out during the New Year and when some festivals come to Moscow. ”

The next day, Yashin received another 10 days of arrest - already in the Trinity Court. For organizing a meeting of Muscovites with independent candidates for Trubnaya Square on July 15 (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).

For the same meeting on Trubnaya Square, the Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow arrested Konstantin Yankauskas for 7 days (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

“I was detained in Stoleshnikov Lane on July 27, supposedly for the fact that I was the organizer of the meeting on Trubnaya on July 15. They say that they recognized me and therefore took me to the department, ”said Yankauskas in a conversation with the New Gazeta,“ full chaos with documents. Soloviev was found guilty of organizing an inconsistent action (under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) on July 27 in the center of Moscow. At the same time, Milov learned about the first administrative punishment, which became the reason for a more strict prosecution: in November, the Cheremushkinsky court fined him for 15 thousand rubles (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for a September rally against pension reform. The decision entered into force in January, but Milov said that he did not receive any notices on this subject.

Khoroshevsky court of Moscow arrested Julia Galyamin for 10 days for organizing the same unauthorized action on July 27. “The judge reads all my posts with an appeal to go out on July 27. There are dozens of them. For a long time in this building, the judges did not pronounce so many correct things in a row, ”Galyamina herself commented on the meeting.
