The Oktyabrsky District Court of Ufa sentenced 29-year-old Aidar Galimzyanov to a suspended sentence of one and a half years in prison for publishing a picture with the inscription, Interfax and Proufu report , citing the press service of the regional FSB department.

In posts on social networks, the investigation found calls “to set fire to the buildings of territorial security agencies, including the FSB department in Ufa.” “According to the conclusion of a comprehensive examination, this inscription and comments contain public calls for terrorist activities,” the department’s press service says. At the same time, the man was accused only of calls for extremism (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code). He was sentenced on July 18.

Galimzyanov did not deny guilt. He added that he was inspired by the actions of the artist Pavel Pavlensky.
