Dmitry Monakhov, detained on August 3 in Moscow near the Izvestia building during an uncoordinated rally in support of independent candidates, told OVD-Info that police officers came to his relatives in the Tula region. Dmitry himself is registered in his parents' house. The police asked where Monakhov studied and how he ended up at the rally. Monakhov later contacted OVD-Info and clarified that he did not participate in the action, but was waiting for a colleague, but when he saw the arrests, he went to the building of the Pushkinskaya metro station, where he was detained.
In addition, another detainee on August 3 reported that a uniformed policeman came to his home. The man did not open the door and the policeman left.
The father of the detainee on the 27th , Danila Kustovsky, received calls from people who introduced themselves as employees of the criminal investigation department. Kustovsky was invited to the police at his place of residence for a conversation. The father went to a conversation, where a police officer said that they had been instructed to talk with everyone who was detained on July 27.

In the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region, two criminal investigation officers came to the apartment of Timur Akhmadaliev, who was detained on Trubnaya on July 27. The police called Akhmadaliev to the entrance for a conversation, but he refused to give any explanations, citing Article 51 of the Constitution. The employees said that their visit was related to a case under Article 212 of the Criminal Code (mass riots) and that three people in the city had already given explanations about this case.
Mikhail Blinov received a call from a police officer who introduced himself as Captain Sokolov from the police department at Planernaya. The law enforcement officer asked Blinov to appear and sign a certain document regarding some criminal case.
Dmitry Zhursky was also visited by police with a preventive conversation. Dmitry was not at home, but the police were waiting for him.
Criminal investigation operatives came to the home of the parents of Sergei Baryshnikov, who was detained on July 27, to invite the protest participant to a “conversation” without a summons . Police came to the home of Anton Yurevich, a participant in the July 27 action. They took a photo of his passport and asked him to explain his participation in the rally. Yurevich refused to give an explanation, citing Article 51 of the Constitution.
Meduza reported on massive raids by bailiffs on the apartments of protesters on July 27. The publication refers to an interview with the deputy head of the capital’s FSSP department, Evgenia Klimenko, to the Moscow 24 TV channel. “The detainees have debts totaling 26 million rubles, mostly loan debts,” Klimenko explained the sharp surge in the activity of the bailiffs.

On August 7, the telegram channel “Apology of Protest” spoke about the first case of registration of protest participants. One of the detainees was summoned to the police department on July 27 to be placed on preventive registration, although his administrative case has not yet been considered in the first instance.
On August 7, a local police officer came to the parents of Grigory Chizhevsky, who was detained at the July 27 rally. On the morning of August 8, they called Chizhevsky himself and promised to come to his home. At the same time, the district police officer threatened with criminal charges (he did not specify which ones).
Mikhail Kulikov, who was beaten and detained at the rally on July 27, was summoned to the local police department, where he was required to sign a document stating that he undertakes not to participate in protests for 180 days.
A local police officer came to Daniil Razzhivin, who was detained at the rally on August 3, at his place of registration in Nizhny Novgorod. The policeman wanted to invite Razzhivin to a preventive conversation. The young man’s parents told the district police officer that Razzhivin was not at home today, after which the policeman left.
A participant in the action on August 3 told OVD-Info that his administrative case had not yet been submitted to the court, but a local police officer had already come to his home. The reason and purpose of the policeman's visit is unknown to him.
One of those detained at the action on August 3 told OVD-Info that military commissariat officers came to his home and tried to give him a summons to appear at the military registration and enlistment office in October 2019. Moreover, according to the young man, he already received a military ID several years ago.
Vadim Martynov, who was detained on August 3, was visited at home on August 9 and 10 by unknown people in civilian clothes. The man was not at home; unknown people were asking neighbors about his whereabouts.
Stanislav Andrianov, who was detained during the action on August 3, was visited on August 12 by two unknown people who introduced themselves as members of a public organization and asked to open the door for them. The unknown persons did not provide any additional information. The man called the police, after which the unknown people left.
The police officer also came to Ilya Sagitov, a participant in the July 27 action and a member of the DOXA student magazine. The policeman wanted to register him. Sagitov refused this, and the district police officer left. He was subsequently given a warning.
