FSSP talked about work on the Executive Code

In Russia, the draft Executive Code is being prepared, said Dmitry Aristov, head of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).

According to him, with the adoption of the Code, a new branch of law will be created in the country, which will ensure a systematic approach to enforcement proceedings, RIA Novosti reports.

“Further development of the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings is seen in the adoption of a special codified act - the Executive Code of the Russian Federation. This will systematize all the norms affecting the sphere of enforcement proceedings, ”Aristov said.

He added that the systematization of norms will help both bailiffs and citizens in the realization of their rights and obligations.
