Mosgorsud upheld the arrest of Gudkov

The Moscow City Court upheld the decision to arrest an unregistered candidate for deputies of the Moscow City Duma Dmitry Gudkov.

“The Moscow City Court recognized the decision of the Tver Court of Moscow to be legal,” RIA Novosti said in the press service of the court.

Gudkov was arrested for 30 days for participating in an unauthorized campaign on July 14 by the Moscow City Wharus. Another protocol against Gudkov was drawn up in connection with a rally in the center of Moscow on July 27, which was also not agreed with the metropolitan authorities. The second case will be considered at the end of August.
