Indexation of pensions to working pensioners

The Russian pension system is arranged in such a way that working citizens of the elderly receive a lower pension than from non -working peers. Disputes have been going on about the justice of this approach (in some countries, workers do not receive pensions at all), but the principle does not change in Russia.

From August 1, for the first time since 2016, pensions for working pensioners will be indexed in Russia. Recalculation of payments will be carried out automatically, no applications are required for this. However, pensions will increase only those citizens whose employers in 2018 paid pension and insurance premiums for them.

In any case, the indexation will not be too significant: in August 2019, payments will increase by no more than three pension points, that is, no more than 244.47 rubles.

New line in fat

On August 4, the law comes into force, according to which a new line, voluntary housing insurance in case of emergency situations should appear in payment for housing and communal services. So far, the new norm will act in test mode in seven pilot regions: St. Petersburg, as well as the Leningrad, Moscow, Sverdlovsk, Tver, Novosibirsk and Tyumen regions (in Moscow it has been around for many years).

Now, most often, compensation in the case of natural disasters and communal accidents are paid at the expense of the federal, regional and municipal budgets. The new procedure should transfer responsibility for such cases to the residents themselves, stimulating them to insure their property.

Changes that affect shared ownership owners come into force. Now, during a part of the transactions related to real estate, which is in shared ownership, it will be possible to do without the participation of a notary public, provided that we are not talking about controversial situations and all the owners have reached complete consent.

First of all, we are talking about transactions regarding the conclusion of mortgage agreements in the situation if the owners have reached complete consent between themselves. It will not need to be certified at the notary of mortgages on a mortgage of shares with credit organizations; Also, in a simplified form, it will be possible to act when alienated or mortgage by all participants in the shared ownership of their shares within the framework of one transaction.

It is assumed that this will reduce the financial and temporary costs of citizens where it is not about controversial cases - especially since this form of ownership in Russia is extended, more than 65 million rights of the common shared property of individuals are registered in Russia.
