The Gagarinsky Court of Moscow suspended the operation of the Healthy Food chain, including all its vending machines, for 90 days, finding it guilty of mass poisoning of customers under Article 6.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for catering to the population”), TASS writes with reference to the press secretary of the court. It is assumed that within three months Healthy Food will eliminate the violations found.

At the end of July, project founder Dmitry Pronin wrote on his Facebook page that an independent check did not find salmonella in the raw materials and products used by Healthy Food. Because of what the clients were poisoned, it is not known, Pronin added.
On July 16, Rospotrebnadzor launched an investigation into the poisoning of 30 office workers with food from Healthy Food. They were hospitalized with a preliminary diagnosis of salmonellosis. Later, the number of victims rose to 95 people.
Then low-quality products were found at 20 addresses in six districts of Moscow. During the inspection, Rospotrebnadzor closed 48 vending machines of the network.
