Navalny found property worth 6.5 billion rubles from the family of Deputy Sobyanin

FBK published a new investigation , this time about the First Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Natalya Sergunina, who headed the capital's property department and now oversees elections in Moscow. According to the FBK, for many years Sergunina sold historic houses in the center of Moscow at low prices to companies of family members, as a result of which the official's family received property worth 6.5 billion rubles.

Scheme:

• Several buildings put up for auction by the department of the capital were bought by Mercury LLC. In all cases, the prices were several times lower than the market prices - for example, the company paid about 60,000 rubles per square meter of a building on the square of the Belorussky railway station. “This is how much a meter of housing costs in Syktyvkar,” ironically FBK.
• The buildings were then converted into Custos hotels.
• LLC "Mercury" belongs to the Cypriot offshore Florestar. Lazar Safaniyev, the husband of Natalya Sergunina's sister Irina Safanieva, turned out to be its owner through a chain of Virginian offshore companies, FBK found out.
• To establish this connection, the investigators had to find out the real name of Safaniyev - Aaron Eliezer Aronov. This was done from a photo in which Safaniev-Aronov gives a scroll of the Torah to the Oryol Jewish community.
• Safaniev's company not only bought space in Moscow, but in a number of cases also exchanged them later "for buildings three times larger."
• FBK found out that sometimes Safaniev acts through the company Alfa Capital LLC. It turned out that it was she who owns 40% of the Oktyabr cinema on Novy Arbat.

Family property:

• Directly owned by Irina Sergunina - a room for a restaurant on Tsvetnoy Boulevard (according to FBK, worth about 470 million rubles).
• Companies associated with the family own two well-known restaurants at VDNKh - Thaw and Moscow Sky.
• The father of the Sergunov sisters owns 350 meters in Moscow City.
• The sisters' mother purchased a penthouse on Vernadsky Avenue with an area of ​​289 square meters.
• The Safaniyevs have foreign real estate (a house in Vienna with an area of ​​700 square meters) and foreign business (an amusement park for children in one of the shopping centers in Vienna).
