Scooter, cards, "Major" and DNA: the story of Vladimir Gelmel, detained on July 27

Maria told the OVD-info the story of her friend Vladimir Gelmel. He was detained on July 27, at the moment when he was traveling from work by Trubnaya Square on a scooter. Helmel was found guilty of participating in the action, arrested for ten days, and then interrogated in the case of “riots”. Maria claims that the decision on the arrest was published on the court website four hours before the actual consideration of the case.

He did not take part in the protests. After work [Vladimir], I went on a scooter to the center. Since the garden [ring] was blocked, it was deployed to another street. He hit the crowd on Trubnaya Square. Then riot police took people into the ring, and about 20 people were dragged into a car gut.

The next three hours of Vladimir Katali in Avtozak all over Moscow. At first they [the detainees] were taken to the west, turned around, did not take to any department and went to the northeast and, as a result, brought to the Lomonosovsky police department (in the southwestern district of the capital- ATS-Info ). For about 40 minutes they were kept in a car carrier from the police department, without letting go anywhere. Then they were brought to the department and locked them in a common room. In Lomonosovsky there was generally a trash.

The delivery protocol was issued in the region of 3:15 in the night, although it was taken to the department somewhere at half past twentieth. People were not given even water, and they did not accept transfers and our water for them. I stood next to a group of people: there were someone's parents, a girl and a young man. We are standing, they don’t take anything from us, here he comes, as he said, “the former Guard Major” is drunk in the trash.

"Major" arrived with a gift package, from which a box of sweets and a bottle of alcohol stuck. He calls the police department, says: "The former guard Major arrived, open the door to me in a blessing." They let him in, five minutes later he went out with a guy, the guy is all so prayer, well, the “major” is also prayer. The Major did not have a package. He got into the car with the guy and drove off. There was someone else to drive the car.

Before the "major" went into the police department, I asked him:

- Maybe you will at least pass water? As a former employee, you must understand that complete game is happening.

To this, he replied:

- In the morning, Sobyanin said to us like this: everyone who will be detained in the evening must be blown. They will sit, nothing will happen to them.

We managed to transfer water at half past three, before that we called 112 several times and complained. At the entrance to the ATS, there was an aggressive young man with Kalash (automatic Kalashnikovam- OTD-info ) and in the armor. Kalash, he almost packed in the face, showing: no need to ask me anything.

In the morning, the detainees were transported to the Obruchevsky Internal Affairs Directorate, he is there, in the bird cherry. It was more pleasant there: they took water, a transfer. Then he was returned to the "Lomonosov" police department to spend the night. On Tuesday morning they were taken to court, but in court they were eventually only in the evening. I took a job after work, and came to the court in the region of six, but the meeting had not yet begun. We had a lawyer and a representative from his [Helmel] work, from a large Western company.

There are extracts from work where he entered the electronic pass, there are transactions in the cafe, buying a book during the day from his stationary computer - all this proves that he worked on Saturday, and did not participate in protests. His Troika card is connected to the City system: you can track which stations he entered.

The meeting began at 21:15, but we saw on the website of the Gagarinsky court that the decision to arrest in his case was published at five in the evening! The judge grinned at the question of this and answered:

- Well, delete it.

The judge did not listen to our evidence and gave 10 days of arrest.

[Vladimir] Sitting number one in a special reception, yesterday investigators from Chertanovo came to the special cost in the case under the 212th article (riots- ATS-Info ). They wanted to take blood for DNA analysis and photograph.

Almost everyone refused this. The investigator called someone, they shouted at him, why he did not take a photo, the investigator replied: "Well, try to force them."

He, too, refused such an examination for DNA, I immediately sent a lawyer there, he was not allowed for a long time. Then they let them down literally for five minutes to sign the documents on the arrest appeal.

In the protocol, he [Vladimir] says that he participated in the action from 14:00 until the moment of detention. As far as I know, he testified to investigators (in the case of “riots” -OVD-info ) that this is not so, and that we have evidence.
