The wife of the head of the local branch of Yabloko, accused of fraud, was detained in the Reutovsky court

Zhanna Bass, the wife and public defender of the head of the local branch of Yabloko Yevgeny Kurakin, was detained in the Reutov City Court, accused of fraud. Human rights activist Iryna Yatsenko reports this on her Facebook.

According to her, Bass is being held in a courtroom, they are going to draw up a protocol on her failure to comply with the order of the bailiffs (Article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The court was supposed to consider a complaint about the non-admission of Kurakin to the elections to the city duma of Reutov.

16:35 Yatsenko wrote on her Facebook that Bass was soon released. The protocol, apparently, was not drawn up.
